But then you pick yourself up, you collect yourself and you look to see where you need to go to move forward to walk away from where you were just so that you can be away from it. Right now you have to realize it's okay to not necessarily know where you're going, just to know that you're not going back to where you were. Be resolute in that knowledge. That. Is the most important thing.

But Simi you were on track at one point right? You can get there again, you've just got to decide what it is that will get you there. For me it's wanting better health. Because I wanted better health and to be a good role model for my patients I HAD to do this. I have no choice BUT to do it. Otherwise if I don't what kind of message am I sending to my patients? So that's why I do what I do and why I'm here.
