So It's Wednesday...

Hi there Cheerleaders...

I’ll get right to the good stuff because I know that’s what you come here for, lol.

This week, I’m a big fat loser! (WooHoo!) Now granted, it’s not a huge loss, but hey, anything that’s gone is a good thing!  Better for it to be gone than for it to be coming back on is my motto!

This week I lost 2 pounds!  Down to 248!

I know that what I need to start doing on a regular basis is exercising.  I've done it before but it's been hit or miss.  What I need to do is I need to get into the habit of packing a bag and having it parked by the back door so when I leave in the morning it's with me and I just have it in the car taking it with me.  So that when I go out the door, it’s there and ready to go when I am.  That way when I get off work in the afternoon, I can go straight to the gym afterwards.  That was the game plan in the beginning.  Not going home until I’d worked out.  But then with the overwhelming stress and exhaustion of learning the new job … it all got to be a bit much and wore me down.

However I think I’m at a point where I’m ready to give it a go.  I’ve got a book downloaded to my ipod (along with some great music) and I’m ready to start working out again. I’m not so exhausted at night, when I get off work anymore.

So I believe that instead of making excuses not to exercise…

I’m just going to get it done.

Wish me luck!

  1. invest in the total gym? i've honestly thought about talking to Ma & Pa about getting one for here, Lord knows any movement with my body would help! Love you and i'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOO proud of you!! Under 250!! That's such a milestone!! XOXOXOX

    1. *snorts* Under 250 AGAIN....Hopefully to STAY under this time! I've read some dodgy reviews (and some good ones too) on the Total Gym. Right now it's just a matter of some other priorities needing taken care of first. However it's a consideration.

  2. I'm in the same boat right now. I nicknamed May "no excuses month" day 2 of being in the gym and boy are they kicking my butt!

    1. Just think though when all is said and done...there'll be a smaller butt to kick! lol

  3. Great will do you...Fran
